GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The mens lacrosse team got their 2012 campaign started last weekend, but the coaching staff is already pulling in recruits for next season as they signed their second student-athlete this week.  Head coach Bob Clarkson is proud to announce the signing of Lebanon's Brandon Machen.

Davenport University, currently ranked No. 1 in the MCLA DII Top 25 poll, recently added their second recruit for next season as Bob Clarkson added Brandon Machen from Lebanon High School.

Machen is a 6'0 defenseman that earned 2nd Team All-Region honors as a junior last season after earning honorable mention honors the year before. His team is just getting ready to start their season for his final campaign in a Lebanon uniform.

Brandon, who will major in International Business, is the son of Scott and Shelley Machen.
