GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Tadas Anuzis of Lansing Catholic High School has signed a National Letter of Intent to attend Davenport and participate in Men's Lax beginning in the fall of 2009. The DU lacrosse team from 2008 made it to the MCLA D2 Semifinals.

Tadas Anuzis comes to Davenport from Lansing Catholic High School where he played on a joint team called Lansing Waverly. While on the team, Anuzis served as the team captain for three years and earned All-Conference each season.

Tadas was also honored by the state of Michigan as he was named All-Region and All-State twice. Coach Clarkson expects Anuzis to be a strong leader as a Panthers and was very impressed with his athleticism.
