DAN Broadcast (Fri) | Oakland Broadcasts (Thu & Sat) ROCHESTER, Mich. - The annual "Good Luck Duck series between Oakland and Davenport will resume this weekend with two games in Rochester and one in Grand Rapids. The Panthers have won the last two series and swept all three games in 2008-09. Davenport and Oakland have together won four out of the past six ACHA D2 National Titles and the two programs have formed a heated rivalry over the years. The "Good Luck Duck Series" will resume in the 09-10 season this weekend seeing three games Thursday-Saturday. Oakland will serve as the host on Thursday and Saturday in Rochester with games played at the Onyx while the Panthers will host the Grizzlies on Friday at Patterson Ice Center in Grand Rapids. Davenport will bring a 23-13 record into the series while the Grizzlies are 22-8. DU is coming off a 5-0 shutout of GMHL rival Grand Valley while OU defeated Central Michigan in back to back games last weekend. All three games will be available online for an audio broadcast.
